In other news:
I am doing meditation, it is a wonderful method of clearing and altering your mind. And ultimately has brought me closer to my beliefs. I feel healthier, I'm eating healthier, I'm reading and concentrating more, and I have more balance. And I am happy, which is the goal everyone right?
